Retired federal judge J. Michael Luttig will speak on the U.S. Constitution and the Supreme Court during the academic convocation at Â鶹ŮÑÝÔ± Institute on Wednesday, September 7, at 10 a.m. in Cameron Hall on Main Street. The event is free and open to the public.
