The Arnold Air Society operates as a club alongside AFROTC or Academy commitments, mandates members to undergo candidate training, and contribute to their squadrons and ROTC detachments. This commitment not only enhances the officer candidate experience but also cultivates robust leadership as well as organizational and professional skills.
An AS200 cadet from the Virginia Women鈥檚 Institute of Leadership at Mary Baldwin University, she competed against her fellow squadron members and clinched the scholarship with an essay on Advancements in Technology and the Impact on Air and Space Forces. Grateful for the award, Cadet Guadier stated, 鈥渢his scholarship means a lot as it allows me to continue pursuing AFROTC and my education!鈥�
